Mike Millard
After receiving an Accounting Degree from Baylor University, Mike has been
involved in the real estate industry for 40+ year.
Initially starting his real estate career in the appraisal & valuation sector of the industry, he worked
for several appraisal firms in both the Houston & Waco market areas prior to
forming Millard Real Estate Advisors, Inc.
Mike currently holds a Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant License (PTC #3302), which is the highest
license level in the State of Texas, and he has represented Property Owners through
the property tax protest process for a wide variety of properties since 1991.
Being a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1985, he has represented numerous Clients
in their sale & purchase of a wide variety of properties throughout Texas.
In addition to holding a Texas State General Real Estate Appraiser License since 1991, he additionally
has been an Appraisal Institute MAI Designated Member for 34+ years.
Cindee Millard
Cindee handles the marketing and operation efforts for the company. In addition to the abundant wealth of experience that she has obtained over the years working for both profit and non-profit companies,
she has a Marketing/Management degree &
a Masters Degree in Communications
from Baylor University.
