Mike Millard

After receiving an Accounting Degree from Baylor University, Mike has been 

involved in the real estate industry for 40+ year.

Initially starting his real estate career in the appraisal & valuation sector of the industry, he worked 

for several appraisal firms in both the Houston & Waco market areas prior to  

forming Millard Real Estate Advisors, Inc.

Mike is currently holds a Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant License (PTC #3302), which is the highest

 license level in the State of Texas, and he has represented Property Owners through 

the property tax protest process for a wide variety of properties since 1991.   

Being a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1985, he has represented numerous Clients 

in their sale & purchase of a wide variety of properties throughout Texas.

In addition to holding a Texas State General Real Estate Appraiser License since 1991, he additionally

has been an Appraisal Institute MAI Designated Member for 33+ years.       

Cindee handles the marketing efforts for the company.  In addition to the abundant wealth of experience that she has obtained over the years working for both 

non-profit and for profit companies, she has a Marketing/Management degree and a 

Masters Degree in Communications

from Baylor University.  

Joan assists with office matters and is considered to be our "Chief Cultural Officer".
